The Checkout Process

Why isn’t my shipping address accepted?
Please make sure your full home address has been entered in the shipping fields provided. For U.S. addresses, this includes contact name, street, city, state and zip code. For international addresses, this includes contact name, phone number, street, city, and if applicable, region. Also, make sure your ship-to country has been selected from the drop-down menu.

Can I ship to an address outside the US?
Yes. All available gifts on the site are eligible for international shipping. For questions or assistance with international shipping, please reach out to our dedicated Boston Scientific team via this form or email BSCthankyou@merchology.com
Will I be charged when ordering my gift?
No. This is a gift from Boston Scientific to mark this moment as a thank you for the important role you play in advancing science for life. You will not be charged when ordering your gift. On the checkout page, you will see the shipping method marked as “FREE” and a note in the payment section that states, “Your order is free. No payment is required.”

Order Process and Shipping

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, after submitting your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you automatically. You should receive this email within a few minutes of placing your order.

If you do not receive your email confirmation, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

When will my gift ship?
When your gift has shipped, you will be notified via a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number to view your delivery status. Please note that shipping times will be extended due to the volume of orders.

This program is offered to all Boston Scientific employees and each gift will be a made-to-order item that is shipped separately. While ship dates will vary by gift, placing your order earlier during the program will often lead to earlier shipment. This program closes in March 2026 and all shipments will be completed by May 2026.

Changes to Orders or Expediting Orders

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
No. This is a one-time gift offering, so we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. Please review your selections carefully before placing your order.
Can I expedite my order?
No. Unfortunately, orders cannot be expedited. All gifts will be processed and shipped as efficiently as possible, but due to the large scope of this program expedited shipping is not available. If you wish to receive your gift as early as possible, placing your order earlier in the program will often lead to earlier shipment, though timing may vary by gift. The program closes in March 2026 and all shipments will be completed by May 2026.

Returns and Cancellations

Is the gift I order eligible to be returned or exchanged?
No. All gift selections are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If selecting an apparel product, please review the size chart provided on the product page before placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
